and are subject  to a one time logo set up fee of $82.00
(which is provided to you in the form of a PDF File upon approval of proof).

Orders generally take 3 weeks to process once final proof approval is obtained.
Prices are based on clear and/or colored rhinestone embellishments,
merchandise item, quantity and shipping charges and must be prepaid due to the
uniqueness of the personalized customization of merchandise.

Please provide font, sizing (height and length), rhinestone choices (clear and/or colored)
and desired merchandise for proof preparation.
