All Glitz 4 You items MUST receive a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number
PRIOR to return to Glitz 4 You.

This RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)  Number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package.  Packages that do not have an RMA number listed on the outside of the package will be refused.

You can receive an RMA Number by calling us at 586-713-8996 Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  If no one is available to take your call, please leave us a message with your name and return phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible to begin processing your return.

All return postage to be paid by customer, including postage for exchanged items.  No C.O.D. returns will be accepted – they will be refused.

All returned items will be returned for Exchange or Store Credit only.  No monetary refunds will be processed.

All returned items must be received in their original packaging as you received them from Glitz 4 You including tags and are required to be unworn, unused and fragrance free.

Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. 

For sanitary reasons there are absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on pierced earrings or flip-flops.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, which is industry standard.

Any merchandise returned that is not in an acceptable condition as determined by Glitz 4 You will be subject to a 10% fee.

Glitz 4 You reserves the right to refuse any item for return at any time.
